Discussion and energy efficiency analysis of installing peakshaving gas boilers in secondary heat supply network side

Proposes an energy efficiency scheme of heat supply in which gas boilers are installed in the secondary heat supply network side as peakshaving boilers. According to the present situation of central heating in China, analyses the characteristics and merits of the scheme. Calculates annual heat consumption of a real project by BIN method. Compares the scheme with the present heating scheme in energy consumption, initial investment and annual operation expenses. It is shown that the new scheme is feasible in energy efficiency and is more economic.
